I'm planning an extension (basically filling in a side-return in a Victorian terrace), but it's potentially problematic, planning permission-wise.
I need an architect to help, ideally someone with expertise with the local council (Hounslow) and preferably a small practice.
I'd also consider using an architectural technician, for the drawings and planning permission stage.
I don't want to waste loads of money on fancy plans without knowing whether planning permission is likely to be granted.
I'm stuck in a procrastination phase and going round in circles googling architects and not knowing how to proceed, especially with being in lockdown.
Any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated.
