Hello! I want to stop HM Land Registry registering a sale or mortgage on my property unless a conveyancer or solicitor certifies the application was made by you.
I understand I have to fill out RX1 and send it in... but I just don't understand the form! Has anyone filled one out for their property? Have you got any advice on how to fill it out? I can't find any basic guides on how to do this, although I understand it's recommended to protect from fraud. Any help would be appreciated!
