I've moved into a nice house post divorce, ok it's 80's so I need to decorate and get rid of the flamboyant artex everywhere but it has great potential.
It has a kitchen/diner big enough to seat 8 people, big living room and the previous owner converted three beds to two and left the door in which looks just weird.
I think it will add value to turn it back to three, there are two double bedrooms that will hold king sized beds, the built in wardrobes were built with the house and are a good size. and the third bedroom would fit a 6 foot long bunk bed, no longer.
I plan to turn it into a holiday let at some stage for pension retirement so I think three beds and room for 6 people would make a lot more money,
It's in a lovely village in a popular second home, holiday let area in a place of outstanding natural beauty near lots of things to do and visit, 40 minutes from the jurrasic coast.
How much money could I make generally on reinstating a third bedroom?
As I said its big enough for 6 foot bunk beds, a small desk and a chest of drawers and has an over stairs built in wardrobe that takes a lot of clothes and general storage.
Any ideas?
