Hello, not sure if i have posted this in the right forum but feel free to move it.
I ordered some swings online from Argos ages ago, and because this is a big item I got a letter a week ago telling me to ring their call centre (based Staffs) to arrange delivery. I have tried to ring, but three times kept on hold for over half an hour and have just given up.
Their website will not allow me to contact them directly, and I can't even get a refund. They have my money but I can't get my product!
Has anyone tried to contact them recently on their main customer service number. I am getting really annoyed about this, surely they could redeploy some of their shop staff to answer telephone and online queries. Thanks.
