Penzance

We are relocating to penzance with two primary school aged children. We know the area fairly well but as we are hundreds of miles away it’s hard to look round areas etc (especially now!).
Where are good areas in and around penzance to live with children?

Will you be buying or renting? What's your budget?
Do you know which school your children will be going to?

I don't know much about the schools either but I've heard good things about Heamoor and Alverton primaries.

What's on your house wish list? Three bedrooms? Period or modern? Town centre or rural village? Sea view?! Are you prepared to do any work on the property?

There are so many different options area wise, it's difficult to narrow it down when you're so far away.

If possible, I'd recommend renting first, to give you time to work out which areas you're drawn to.
