Repairing double glazing

Has anyone had any experience of repairing double glazing? We had a unit repaired a few years ago by a guy who came and drilled a hole in the glass and put some liquid in. It was a huge window and worked brilliantly at very little cost. The trouble is I can’t remember the name of the company for the life of me. It was a franchise I’m pretty sure and I’m based in Yorkshire. Can anyone help? Thanks

To be hones glass units are not that expensive call a unit supplier and see who they recommend

we moved last year and some of the double glazing had blown and even the bigger panels were about £100 each to replace size wise about four feet high 3 feet across we used a local independent window man he came up measured them and about a week later installed them took him about ten minutes each one
