Hall cupboard ideas please (with photos)

We need space for keys, dog leads, sunglasses, some tools, car wash. Basically stuff you might need as you go out if the door. I’m thinking we could build in some shelves or buy something.

Anyone got any ideas of how to make the space work better?

It’s very shallow only 15cm deep.

Put some cup hooks under the shelf or on the inside of the doors for the leads and put a couple of baskets on the shelf? You can also get under shelf baskets - they are held on by arms that slide over the shelf. If you can get shallow ones they would work for sunglasses, etc.
