House viewings

I've sold my house subject to contract and our original plan was for a move around April/ May.
I still haven't found anything in the area I need to move to despite looking for months. So I'd planned on moving in with my DD for a while so as not to lose the sale. Now DD is isolated for 12 weeks due to her underlying health issues so that's out.
I think , as it's likely we'll go into lock down, I'm assuming then that Estate agents will close and there will be no more viewings which, of course, is completely sensible.
I'm asking people here what they would do?
Do I continue with the sale or back off and disappoint the lovely woman who is buying the house?
I think it's highly unlikely I'd manage to sell again once the market picks up for maybe a year or so and it's taken me almost 18 months to get to this point as a sale fell through at the last moment nine months ago

I can sort of answer some of my own question as an EA has just called about a house I'd planned to view and explained that there will be no viewings of any properties from today.
Which is entirely reasonable and sensible of course

Your buyer may wait until this has passed or any chance of quickly finding a rental? I wouldn't want to give up after 18 months.
We are buying and selling but will take our time as no one is in a hurry to move.
