Not in a chain, we are ready to exchange/complete now I'm waiting for my solicitor to tell my when the paperwork is ready for us to sign and she has requested a completion date for next Friday (requested yesterday). Still waiting to hear back. Sellers solicitors have been horribly slow at everything from the start, taking weeks to get back to queries and generally quite rude from emails I've been forwarded for info from EA. My solicitor replies very quickly and seems to be on the ball. It's either a yes or no surely whether we can complete on that date so not sure why everything is dragging out still. Getting very inpatient as I'm desperate to move end of next week but trying not to get my hopes up. From experience does this look likely or not? Why the hole up to say yes that dates fine or no this date is better. Sellers are moving in with parents. Any advice to help me keep calm 😬 I just need to know a date!
