Re-pointing

Hi,

Does anyone know approximately how much it'll cos to re-point a 3bed semi in West Yorkshire?

We're getting damp patches inside on external walls so I think we need repointing. It's happening on the most exposed parts of the house.

We have just had a large side wall repointed. It cost £1500. We are in West Yorkshire. Hope this helps.

Did you get scaffolding?

£40 or 50 appx square metre. More for lime mortar. Scaffolding extra.

That includes materials.

Ballpark similar to above. Just been quoted £1,400 for lime mortar of one wall. We are a bungalow so no scaffolding required.
