Buildings Survey

Have been to view a house which we like. House is around 30 years old. Brickwork looks fine, but the lintel/stone above a kitchen window is cracked through with a fine crack and the tiled kitchen floor has some cracked tiles and my partner fancies is slightly uneven, although I couldn't feel anything.

What survey should we get? The two rooms (bathroom and en-suite) above the cracked lintel have recently been completely redone so hard to see if any issues running up the wall.

Are there any vertical cracks outside? What about uneven paths or doors sticking? I would get a full structural survey and make sure all is well. Have any trees been removed? Get the drains looked at too.

@BubblesBuddy no other cracks as far as we can see. The back door sticks a little, but that could be because it is wood. No uneven paths to note.
No trees to remove. We will get a full structural survey, too much of a risk not to. Would the survey check the drains? It has been a long time since we moved house and I have no idea as to the detail the survey will cover.
