Is it ok that my OH's mums boyfriend signs as a witness? I was out and he popped round and OH asked him to sign which he has. He has been a family friend for a while previous to them getting together. They don't live together. I'm now worried this isn't allowed due to the relationship and if this will cause issues? Can't check with solicitor until Monday and OH works away mon-fri so won't be to sign another until next Friday if we have to.
