Just made an offer

So just made an offer subject to survey and selling our property which they have accepted - yay! But now I'm nervous, how many pull out of an offer? Am I being silly? Thanks

Many people but I don't have any statistics. Chances of pulling out are significantly higher if the seller is alive.

Do you mean you've made on offer to buy a house but your current house isn't SSTC yet? If so I'd say it is quite at risk of the sellers pulling out if they were to get an offer from somebody proceedable.
