Buying new house which is NW facing

Buying a house in a new development which faces NW. Worried about aspect/ sun. Any advice much appreciated

So the house faces only one way as in, it's a terrace with windows only on the NW side?

Oh no! Should have said, it’s semi detached so no windows on south side. Windows on north and south east (rear)
