Decent builders in Surrey - regal builders or cuddingtons

I’ve had An awful experience with builders in the past and am determined to get it right this time only I’m petrified of choosing the wrong ones again! Any one had any experience of cuddingtons or regal builders in London. We’re needing an extension and referb in Surrey,
