Peeps I'm just getting new kitchen from Howden's. Their appliances (integrated fridge freezer oven micro & induction hob) seems OTT on price I'm tempted to source my own ... Any good back indifferent!?

Also following, have just ordered aa Howdens kitchen and all Lamona appliances. We visited in store and was able to see the price of each appliance separately and they were on a par with the DIY kitchens quote I sent them to price match.
It may be time consuming but run your quote through their website and see how it compares, I did this and Howdens price matched it.

Really solitaryconfinement?? having scoured bootsappliances nextappliances and ao.com looks like we can save near on £500 to Howdens prices??? That would cover cost of my all to be sorted :)

Ahh. I'd never heard of Lamona until the appliances were in a house I bought. Makes sense now...it's Howden's own brand. The dishwasher doesn't seem the best (stuff is quite often not cleaned properly) and I'm not a fan of the fridge.

Girls I bit the bullet bootsappliances amazing prices... ive ordered integrated fridge freezer, intergrated single oven, induction hob and intergrated micro... All £802 in total including their £20 delivery! They even price matched the FF for item on a lesser known website that had it £45 cheaper. And even better earling 3300 boots advantage points was a bonus :)

Is that £20 delivery for whole order. Appliances direct charge between £10 - £30 per item.

Firstly you pay over the odds for built in appliances and a big premium for fitting them. So normal are much cheaper.
We recently purchased a very expensive Bosch Dryer it was £500 so twice the price of may others, it broke after 10 days, AO.com took it back and refunded, we now just buy cheap appliances 90% of stuff has a 12 month warranty no matter what it costs, AO and Boots are the same company just look at total price.
