I am having a nightmare with a mutual exchange and trying to hold onto my sanity but failing. We are 10 weeks into the process now. I am HA and the other person is LA. The LA would only start the 42 day window once it had received the RELEVANT paperwork which my officer only sent after HIS 6 week window! Basically nothing is happening on my side at all (well, apart from a 10 minute home visit where he said inspection done, another box ticked). If ever I do manage to get hold of him "we are waiting for a date". I spoke to his manager but she kindly explained how busy they all were. I spoke to my local councillor and it turns out they are all best of friends so not willing to help. Anybody got any wise words of wisdom? We do have a deadline date in March by the LA but I believe this is for an answer to move and not actually a date to move. Thanks
