I saw ads in the paper from companies like GoodMove and others, one co actually states on their site that you need to be on the market already.
But I've read on here that if anyone saw the house marketed online by an agent, you would still need to pay the agent fee. What about after your exclusivity contract ends?
Another thing is, I got a leaflet through the door from a local small family business who buy, and also a woman in a local paper advertising that she buys.
If you wrer to go that route, better to choose a known company, or these small local one who state they are 'friendly'?
Also how much of a drop to expect and is there a guaranteed of a quick sale if it's a bigger known co? They all state this, but I@ve read a review saying tfhat National Res have prolonged the sale for 6 months!!
