Ikea kitchens & appliances

I was musing over getting a new kitchen in the next year, and was thinking of going for IKEA frames and a company like Plkea for the fronts and worktops.

My question is, is it possible to 'hide' kitchen appliances like single fridge/freezer/dishwasher behind a door front, but the appliances not actually be Integrated?

So you open the door front, then you open the dishwasher etc.

One of reasons I don't want the appliances to be integrated is I find that opening the doors can be really heavy on your hands/wrists (I have very weak hands - arthritis) and my choice of handles would have to be completely different.

Is this possible does anybody know?
