Not really sure to begin. I want to do the living room with under floor heating, but not just laminate, so engineered wood seems to be the best option. Don't need top of the range as don't see this as the forever home and it's an ex-council terrace, so always going to be a ceiling on the sale price. But I live here for the foreseeable future, so want it to not fall apart in a few years. Where do people buy it from and how hardy is it with high foot fall to kitchen, wet shoes etc?
