Loft conversion cost

I've done a search on this but can't find any very recent threads.

Can anyone advise roughly how much it costs? Our house is a 3 bed semi detached 1930's house, in Cardiff. We would want one dormer and two veluxes, and an en suite. No current access to loft other than the drop down ladder so would need stairs, the works.

Weve just had quotes and are having ours done over the summer. The best we found, which includes all finishes/plumbing/electrics etc were £29,000 for a 'simple conversion' and £43,000 for all singing and dancing dormer, en-suite etc. Also 3 bed 1930s semi, Sheffield.

We spent 30k on a simple extension, but we raised house height for dormer and put in posh doors and a Juliette balcony. This included a rewire, carpets and full fire regs through house. We did do some work ourselves.

I’m in London and all in with bathroom furniture and carpets and storage etc it is shed loads more than any of these and that was the most competitive quote. The only way to know is to get quotes done and then add:
Party wall fees
Building regs fees
Carpets
Decorating
Bathroom suit and tiles
Storage
Any upgrade of dormer tile choice
Aluminium windows??
Wet room costs??
Probably forgotten something massive

We were quoted £43k for this in the SE, which included changing the roof from hip to fable. Also 3 bed 30s Demi. Two companies quoted that amount, to include everything bar sanitary fittings.

I have found this useful: householdquotes.co.uk/loft-conversion-cost/

£37 for dormer extension on 3 bed 30s house. Worth every penny and every hideous day of living through it!
