We have a 2 bed terrace house but need a bathroom adding upstairs

The bedrooms are both 3.4x3.4m square

Would it be big enough to add a small shower room en suite?

And has anyone done this?

Starting to wonder if Itl be just easier to move

What's the upstairs floor plan? It would be tight but may be possible depending on the layout

Hi ,the building regulations do not set minimum room sizes, the minimum space standards for new dwellings from London Plan are :
2bedspace (twin) bedroom 11,5sqm (minimum floor area)
1bedspace bedroom 7,5sqm
You need to consider in the space of the bedroom, the circulation flows and the space for the furniture .
I hope I was helpuful.
