Hi. My brother will be working in Manchester fir good and he wants to bring his family with him. He is thinking of buying a property to start his family root there. He found an apartment in High Street ' Life Building' for sale which he quite likes it. Is it in a good and safe area? Is the location good? How long does it take to both the city centre and the uni on foot? I have read somewhere that the shops at High Street closed in the evening so it's pretty quiet/dull there....Please fill me in as much info as possible to help him make the decision.
