scallop tiles

Has anyone used these in a bathroom/kitchen? I really like them in my bathroom for the lower part of the walls, but there is a niggling that maybe they might be too fussy/quickly dated.Anyone?

Not used them but I'm considering it for the bathroom. DH thinks they may date but he's ultra boring in terms of decor. I'd rather have something lovely and change it later than stick to dull...

I think they are really lovely and planning to use them in the new extension bathroom we are building. But i am in rural middle England, not London so things don't date as quickly here!
