DIY kitchens platinum delivery

Anyone used the platinum delivery? How does it work. Do you need to choose a date when you place the order? Or is it when it's ready then they contact you to organise a delivery date? Will they hold the order for a few weeks if you need them too? Sorry for all the questions but there is very little information on the website

It can change. I recall sorting delivery either at or very soon after order. You can wait as the units are made and then sent for delivery.

They will hold the units but I believe there is a charge for doing so

Hi, if I remember correctly, when you are about to order, you can specify no delivery date and give them a date when you are ready for it. It’s at the top of their checkout page somewhere.
