Bathroom rad cold

We have had central heating and tofu come home to find all radiators hot except for bathroom one which is cold and the pipes at the bottom are cold to the touch too

DH said he turned up the bedroom one in the next room - could that have affected the bathroom one?

How can I fix it?

You probably need to bleed the radiator. You need a key to open the valve on the side/back of the radiator. If air comes out that's most likely your problem.

is this recently fitted? When did it last work correctly?

Do you have a hot-water cylinder? It is possible to install a bathroom radiator in a different way to other radiators, if so.

Had you been away and let the entire house get cold?

When you have one or more radiators that are cold when others are hot, turn off all the hot ones. Do (some of) the cold ones now heat up? If so, turn those off as well. Very often this will cause the remaining cold one(s) to heat up and you can rectify the problem by the magic of Balancing.
