Does anyone have any experience/knowledge please? I'm selling a house, and a search has showed up that there seems to be a public sewer under the extension. Understandably my buyer is worried about it, and I honestly had no idea it was there. Moved in around 28 years ago, and the extension was there then. Never been any issues at all since we moved in. I can't seem to find out much about it?
