Selling on kitchen units

We’re having a new kitchen installed. To be honest it’s quite an indulgence as the kitchen we have is still in very good condition but we’ve finally decided to stay in this house. We won’t be putting money out on stamp duty, estate agents etc hence........a lovely new kitchen.

The present kitchen is German with pull out drawers etc. Is there a way of selling the present kitchen? It would be nice to get some money and I’d rather it didn’t go in a skip. Even if it can’t be sold could it be given to a charity, I wonder?

Loads of similar kitchens on eBay..we bought a used one from a kitchen design shop.

We sold an old kitchen on ebay, it was not as good quality as yours but fetched a few hundred pounds. Helps the buyer to have photos inside and out e.g. showing the pull out units plus a sketch/list of units and measurements. If you can help with dismantling say so. To be honest some of our units looked a bit decrepit where parts had been cut out for the sink etc but the guy still took it away happy.

Yep - ebay! Our chap gave us cash and removed it with our help. Bloody brilliant.

We sold an old kitchen on eBay. Got several hundred pounds which was unexpected and we were delighted.

I sold mine on Facebook marketplace and got £600 for it.
Take good photos before it is removed, number each unit and its door using masking tape.
Be clear on advert when it is available for collection .

I've sold 2 on fb marketplace including the appliances. I was inundated with offers.

Usedkitchenexchange.co.uk is another option

I sold mine on gumtree. Specified buyer was to remove it. Was really easy. Got a good price and reduced new kitchen cost as installer didn’t have to rip out the old kitchen first.
