Property valuations/survey(s)

Hello all, can anyone explain what the difference(s) is/are when a surveyor is surveying for a mortgage and bridging loan?
Is that one valuation figure is higher than the other?

There isn't really a difference
All the lender needs to know is whether they can get their money back in case of default so how much is the property worth in this current financial climate. They will normally look at the last 3 properties sold of similar type in your area as a guide
