Are there any areas of SE London with good schools where we can buy a 3 bed for £400k?
We both earn good salaries but the vast majority of it goes towards rent and nursery costs so we've struggled to save for a deposit. Bank of mum and dad, which is how most people these days manage to get on the property ladder, is not an option.
