Hi, we have a converted loft already but it was done several years ago by previous owners and would not meet today's building regulations. We are keen to make it bigger as there is a lot of eaves space left over. Has anyone done something similar? I.e remove the plasterboard walls and shift them back? I wondered if it would be cost effective to do it now rather than wait until we extend in a few years time.
