Beaconsfield /Holtspur

hello lovely people out there,

my other half and I are thinking to move to Beaconsfield in Bucks. to be precise we have found a property in Holtspur but are left confused as we have received some feedback on the are not being particular good. We know it is the cheaper side of Beaconsfield, but cant afford anything near the station and hence were wondering if anyone on this forum knows Holtspur or lives there and could give us a bit of advise. We are a young couple in our my/late 30ies with a 6 year old daughter. Thank you in advance

Always looked nice whenever I’ve driven through it. Never personally heard anything negative about it.
Has a good local butchers.

Hi there, moving to Beaconsfield too and my children have been offered places at Holtspur. Do you have any experience with the school?

They are two very different places. No one in Beaconsfield would ever describe themselves as living in Holtspur but if you lived in Holtspur you may well say you lived in Beaconsfield For somewhere slightly less a case of two extremes I would try Amersham or Chesham
