How much should I expect to pay for a full structural survey?

What size property and where abouts in the uk are you ?

I would expect to pay anywhere from £750 - £1500 plus vat for that. You can ring around the civil and structural engineers and ask for a rough cost. Most will be happy enough to give an idea of costs.

Great thank you. The house is only around 13 years old but pricey so I want to make sure I get a thorough survey.
