Would you have a homebuyers report on a house around 10 years old?

Personally I'd have it on any house I was buying as you just never know!

If its a new build of that age, it'll just be coming out of its NHBC warranty which appears to be when things that can go wrong, start to go wrong. I'd have a survey done although not sure how beneficial a homebuyers survey actually is.
