In the new house we are buying there are a couple of leak issues. One we know is the chimney so will require a roofer. Another is a big wet patch under a window sill upstairs, I think it just needs sealing but access will be a nightmare due to a lean to below the window. The third is the old tiny Velux in the attic, either it or the tiles around it are leaking into the attic room and have possibly rotted a roof joist. Do I need a window company or a roofer for that?! I don’t mind losing the window all together really.
