CCTV - professionally installed - how much?

I’ve had a quote of £1300 for four HIKVISION cameras and a hard disk digital recorder. I live just south of Manchester.

Have I got a bargain, or did they see me coming?

My husband is a Master Locksmith in the area - he says if it's supplied and fitted it's a good deal!
