So we've been on the list 2 years. Had a lady come to verify our circumstances last Wednesday who told us we will be offered a property imminently. She told us to call Friday if still no offer, so I called and she said she emailed them but it's now Tuesday evening and still no offer.
We bid on this property last October and she said it's been empty since then, has just taken months to shortlist. She also told us the property is ready to move in so we just need to view it, sign paperwork and we're ready to go.
So my question is how long did it take others from being offered a property to moving in?
I just want to go and see it now so we can get the ball rolling!!
