Hot water issues in new flat l

Hi all,

Hoping someone might have some ideas about this...I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone from the building management company, but am getting no response.

I moved into a new build flat last week. I had no issues at all with heat or hot water, except I was having to use the Nest Heat Link manual override to turn it on as the Nest thermostat unit was faulty, and I was waiting for the replacement to arrive.

On Friday I replaced the thermostat and the Heat Link. The water was not as hot on Saturday in the shower, but I still had hot water in both the bathroom and kitchen sink. Today I have intermittent hot water in the kitchen/bathroom. The shower is ice cold. The heating works fine.

There is no traditional boiler in my flat, rather a Danfoss unit. I’m unsure if this controls the water as well, as I am unfamiliar with this type of boiler (if that is what it is), and I can’t find any information online.

I’ve tried to reset my Nest thermostat as both a Combi boiler and a systems boiler, and I still have no hot water.

Anyone have any ideas what this could be? Any experience with Danfoss boiler units? I don’t even know who to call as the management company won’t give me any information about the boiler. Many thanks for any guidance.

Thanks @cakeandchampagne :)

@PigletJohn Any ideas? I’ve managed to find out it’s a Danfoss Flatstation, but beyond that, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of troubleshooting information out there.
