Summer house damp

Our wooden summer house has been neglected and is letting in a bit of damp.
Once we've had the felt redone and sorted the exterior, what is the best way to go about drying it out?

If the new felt and sorting the exterior has been done properly it should dry out on its own, unless more water is getting in somewhere.

Oh that's a relief!
