Very tempted to pursue this but have never considered something like this before. I have means of buying the property, but I don't know what kind of money I would need to renovate.
The school is early 1900's primary school (with bits added on throughout the years) - think old wood flooring and heavy cast iron rads. The only modernisation it's had is windows and the heating/hot water system. The pupil capacity was never more than 150 so it's not a massive property.
Large amount of land with it, in the middle of nowhere. Am very tempted but I need someone to talk the sense bit into my romantic vision.
Exactly what does this dream entail?
