Does anyone know what the average time it will take? I want to be out the house but not come back too soo .

Depends on how much the agent rushes the viewing. I think that if I was having a look and taking my time, I’d take 20-30mins.

Half an hour tops

Ask the agent to text or call you when the viewers have gone? You are paying them, why shouldn't they do this small thing?

AGreatUsername · 22/01/2020 18:18

Most will be under ten minutes. My plan for our first viewing here (which naturally fell at an inconvenient time) was to sit in the car up the street, 3 kids and a smelly dog in tow. That was a dick move in hindsight as the viewer was 25 minutes late for his 5 minute look so the car was getting very hot and boring.

Asking the agent to text you is a good idea.

Could you actually go and do something so timing is less key? That's what we did.

Oh ty for the ideas. I have an appointment later in the day but didnt want to be out all that time

I think I will ask them to call me when they have left.

. @AGreatUsername that sounds like it was stressful. 🤗
