My OH and I have a toddler and another baby on the way and have put our house in north London on the market, mainly because its dimensions are proving a bit difficult (it features approx. 80 million stairs, but that's by the by).
Anyway. Anyone bought in Dulwich recently? We want to live there, and hopefully we can, but just wondering if anyone has bought there recently, or can share any insights about the area, that sort of stuff. It looks to me like family homes there are quite rarely on the market?
I'm probably not thinking Dulwich Village, as I want to be near-ish a station. My partner has a car but I don't drive, and I work freelance and tend to be zipping off to many different parts of town during the week.
