Hi there
So we have planning permission for an extension and have served a 3m notice to our neighbour. They have agreed to go ahead however will not agree to an earlier date and want us to stick to the 2 months notice..all within their rights HOWEVER they are in the process of selling and may have exchanged/completed before the 2 months notice period is up.
I am seeking some advice tomorrow but wanted to know whether anyone else had been in the same position and had to serve a new notice or did begin work but made sure no foundation work happened within 3m of their house and thus not breaching the act.
Any experiences would be great
