Need advice Cause my sons going to be 5 in April so he needs his own room and plus the bloke upstairs keeps getting drunk and making a lot of noise and with that my anxiety isn’t helping whenever he’s drunk and I spoke to my landlord about it and all she said is I have to keep bidding on Locata and using homeswapper.
