Do property managers / private landlords allow an agreement to be signed via the internet and payments made in advance via internet banking, so that the keys can be collected at a later date?
l will contact some property managers who have properties of interest tomorrow and ask if possible to rent without being present. I would solely rely on the photos of the flat given on their website, foolish?
Importantly, there are some private landlord adverts on gumtree as well. Question is, would it be particularly risky to pay in advance?
