My DH, DS, DD and I are planning on moving to Weymouth this summer. My DS will have just turned 16 when we go and my DD will be 12. We’ve visited Weymouth several times and have fallen in love with it but what’s it actually like to live there? Which areas are best to live in? I’ve heard good things about the Chickerell area. Also, how extreme is the busy / quiet, summer / winter ratio and how does that affect the residents of Weymouth?
We’re visiting again in the February half term for a couple of days and I really want to make good use of every second we are there finding out as much about the area as possible as we are coming from about 150 miles away in Sussex so can’t visit as often as I’d like to.
