We are possibly buying an ex B and B that currently doesn’t have a kitchen. There is a two story extension where the upstairs is separate to the upstairs of the rest of the house. The upstairs is kind of redundant (house already has 5bedrooms and 3receptions) so we either take it back to single story kitchen extension or pondering about doing some kind of mezzanine level for crafting/games/homework? Or
I was pondering a utility mezzanine but as would probably need space saving stairs so not sure how practical that is.
What would you use a mezzanine above a kitchen for? Any great design ideas? The kitchen would be 5x5m
