Victorian plumbing?

Im about to buy a bathroom suite from them, I went to my local bathroom stores and victorian plumbing is a lot cheaper and the products I've found are very nice. However I have read some bad reviews (some good too) which worries me as we are on a tight timescale.
Has anyone used them? What was your experience and should I go with them?

My plumber has said their bath tubs, sinks etc are fine but to get taps and fittings elsewhere as they are cheap and fail after a while, he won't guarantees work with their fittings anymore because of how often he was having to go back in a year or so and replace them

I havent used them (went to bathstore in the end) but the bathroom fitter said "thank goodness you havent used victorian plumbing!".

I didnt push for too many details but i thknk the general quality was in question. Cant be that bad though if theyre still in business??

I think they used to be called Victrian Plumb?

Yes bought a toilet and sink from them last year. Quality of actual units was ok-ish, though not fantastic. Instructions worse than useless and actually incorrect/misleading, which combined with the fact that we hadn’t received the right fittings made installing it an absolute nightmare!
