Plastering costs

Hi, what have you found to be a typical price for plastering a room in an ordinary sized semi detached Edwardian house? Below the picture rail the walls just need a skim. Above the rail the walls and ceiling aren’t in great condition so may need to be boarded then skimmed. The rooms we need plastering are two bedrooms and a large hallway (not the stairs or landing though). Thanks in advance!

I’m in London but when we had plastering done, the quotes varied widely... 2-11k for the same job. It’s worth getting a number of quotes.
