Recommendations needed for a loft ladder?

Quite a substantial one that is easy to climb

We do have a fair amount of space

Screwfix do one with draft seals quite heavy like old wooden step ladders and robust

That does look good thanks

However the builder might want to put a staircase in.....which is quite expensive exciting!
